how many bad parts are made each shift

My current position is a Quality Inspector for Sodecia. I currently work from 2:30 pm to 1 am every day. My schedule changes on me almost every three to four months. My job is to make sure that every part coming off the line is correct to the standards that our customers have them at. I have to pull a part off a welding operation every two hours to make sure it conforms enough to be buyable. I believe that the three main traits that apply to me are openness, extraversion, and agreeableness.
